30 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week.

I've been running/walking these past few weeks and I HATE IT!
I really want to say EFF U RUNNING!!!!
So what else can I do to get my cardio in...Salsa Lessions!!!
Sexy latin moves sound way better than...uh...track, lol.
Let's see if they can turn this no hip to a hip moving superstar!
Hopefully starting next week :)
